Thanks for the clear and concise steps below, I was able to attend the Customs Office in Mississauga. All my paperwork was in order and CBSA agent appeared surprised that it was that way. She commented that many do not attend their office with all the required documentation and commented that my moving agent (Tippet Richardson) had provided very clear instructions with the correct number of copies for the key documents etc. It was a very straight forward process, and I was there for less than 10 mins.

All items were handled with great care and packaged to protect them. Unpacking was handled with great care and well-coordinated with me. The five movers who came to my house were amazing, hardworking, coordinated, conscious, friendly, and professional. Very happy with the whole process from beginning to end.

The delivery of our shipment was very prompt and professional. Thank you to the agents who very carefully placed our items in the rooms based on our preference. They were quick and on time for our delivery. We are very pleased with the service.

Moving is a stressful experience. For my mom, she hadn’t moved in over 30 years and she was very rest assured by the service delivered by Tippet Richardson. The crew arrived and introduced themselves by name. They explained the process for the day and were courteous at all times. Everything was handled gently. There was zero damage to any of the contents or either of the houses. The staff were all easy to get along with and were in constant communication throughout the day.
